Merrill Davies, Honourary Chairwoman
Merrill comes from a long line of entrepreneurs as her grandmother had her own business in the 1800’s and her mother and father were both professionals. Merrill graduated from the University of Toronto and The Ontario College of Art and then proceeded to become a department head at a prestigious high school in the City of Toronto. She then went onto create the first of several business she was to own. Merrill has a love of people, spiritual health, and creating home-like environments. She enjoys expressing all of these in combination through The Bayith Group. Merrill loves her family deeply, enjoys painting, meeting with friends, reading spy novels and watching most movies with Julie Andrews.
Christine Olding, director & president
Christine Olding studied at the University of Toronto. She then went on to study at George Brown College’s chef school. Following in her family footsteps, Christine started her own business as a newlywed and later went on to partner with her mother in real estate. Christine has been the CEO of a property management and general contracting company located in Barrie Ontario for 8 years. Christine’s love of people, health, the planet, and hospitality pair perfectly with The Bayith Group’s DNA. On her off-time, when she takes it, Christine loves to hang out with her adult children, her friends, travel, and watch any sci-fi that’s not too gory.

Sarah Olding is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg with over four years of experience working with different national organizations in administrative and media roles. She is passionate about community and environmentally sustainable practices and is excited to serve on The Bayith Group board. She is a proud plant mama, a small business owner, and a chai latte fanatic.
richard paul, director of finance
Richard Paul founded RJP Bookkeeping Services in Stayner, Ontario. Richard has over 18 years of experience preparing personal and small business tax returns. He graduated from Georgian College with a diploma in Business Accounting and is constantly updating his knowledge base with new courses through Video Tax News. He enjoys working with small business owners and entrepreneurs to maximize their current tax position, while planning for their future. In his small amount of free time, Richard likes to read biographies on the royal family and US presidents, as well as watch movies.
